Welcome to YouPerfectlyAre! By using our website or purchasing a subscription box, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Subscription & Orders
When you place an order or subscribe, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.Our subscription boxes are shipped monthly and feature curated items. The contents are a surprise and change monthly. You may cancel your 3, 6, or 12 month subscription at any time. College subscription boxes are open for sign-up anytime, but all subscriptions end in May. If you join between May 21 and June 30, your boxes will run from August through May and you may be billed one to three times before your first box ships in August, as payments begin when you sign up and continue monthly throughout the school year. Billing stops after 10 months or when you cancel.
Payments
When you make a purchase on our website, payments are securely processed through Wix Payments. Wix Payments uses encryption and security protocols to protect your payment information. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. All transactions are handled directly by Wix Payments in accordance with their privacy and security standards.
Shipping
We currently ship to U.S. addresses. Once your box has shipped, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier. Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order—we are not responsible for missing or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information.
Returns & Refunds
Subscription boxes are non-returnable. Boxes already shipped or in process will not be refunded. You cannot be refunded, return, or cancel a 1 Month Subscription Box.
Product Availability
All items in the subscription boxes are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will replace it with something of equal or greater value.Box themes and contents vary month-to-month and year-to-year.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, graphics, logos, and product names, belongs to YouPerfectlyAre and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
Age Requirements
Our products are designed for users ages 15 and up. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are 18 and below, you must have parental/guardian consent.
Account Management
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.You agree not to impersonate anyone or use a false identity on our site.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with the new effective date. Continued use of our website means you accept the revised terms.
